If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
When the 14 days start: for physical products, the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, or, for an order delivered in parts, the last item.
How to cancel: Use the "Withdrawal form" below. It's available throughout your 14-day window. Filling it out, you'll provide (1) your name, (2) your order/contract details, and (3) where we should send confirmation that we received your withdrawal; then click "Confirm." We'll acknowledge receipt right away.
Any clear statement is enough; canceling is never harder than ordering. If your order had several items, you may cancel all or, where offered, part of it.
Refunds: We refund all payments, including the standard outbound delivery cost (not premium delivery upgrades), within 14 days of being informed, by the same payment method, at no charge. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof that you've sent them. Returning goods: send them back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You're only liable for any reduction in value from handling beyond normal inspection.
Exceptions (no right of withdrawal):
The fact that we print or make an item to order does not remove your right to cancel — standard designs you simply pick a size/color for are returnable.
If you're a consumer in the UK, you may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The clock, how to cancel, refund timing (within 14 days; standard delivery refunded; we may withhold until goods/proof are received), the 14-day return window, and the exceptions are the same as for consumers in the EU / EEA (including that "The Power Within," as a magazine). These rights are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose), which apply to damaged or faulty items regardless.
