With press freedom under attack around the world, this collection is a reminder that a silent press is a censored press — in a world without independent journalism, accountability disappears, and democracy is in danger.
The collection was launched ahead of World Press Freedom Day 2026. From April 21 through May 5, 2026, 100% of profits went to the Institute of Mass Information and helped fund 26 drone detectors for independent regional journalists reporting from the front line.
At the Kyiv Independent Store we helped raise just over $24,000 from April 21 to May 5, 2026, through our "No News is Bad News" campaign.
