Our products are custom-made just for you. We don't keep stock , so we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or misprinted. Picking the wrong size or color doesn't count as a damaged product.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving it. Contact us with photos showing the problem. 

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll be responsible for any return shipping fees.

We’re sorry, but we don’t offer exchanges for free for different sizes. To ensure the perfect fit, please check our Size Guide before purchasing, as each item is custom-made for you. If you need to exchange or return an item due to ordering the wrong size or for any non-defective reason, you can exchange it at your own expense.

Wrong/Damaged Items or Missing Items

To resolve the issue, contact us within 2 weeks, providing a photo of the problem along with your order number to help@kyivindependent.com We’ll respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

Refunds are available for orders containing incorrect or damaged items. If your situation matches this, please email us at help@kyivindependent.com with photos of the issue, and we will assist you.

Please note, if your order is returned to our fulfillment center and remains unclaimed for 30 days, we cannot issue a refund or reship the order.

International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees, which are beyond our control and determined by your local customs office. Since customs policies differ widely across countries, please consult your local customs office to find out if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Some items are fulfilled locally (e.g., USA, Canada, Latvia, UK, Japan, Australia, Spain), but occasionally, products are shipped from outside your region. This can depend on the size, color, and availability of the items you've selected. Some sizes or colors may not be available for local fulfillment; more details are provided on the product pages.

For Canadian Customers: Items fulfilled in the USA (such as youth products, flags, ¾ raglan shirts, tote bags, and other accessories) and orders typically exceeding $150 may incur customs duties collected by the Federal Government, in addition to the standard HST. If this duty is not paid, your item will be returned to the sender, and a separate shipping fee will apply.

If local fulfillment is not possible, your order will be fulfilled and shipped to your address, and local duties may apply, payable at a later date.
